Maintenance Clerk

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Clerk to join our team at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) in Paterson, Washington. As a Maintenance Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks related to the maintenance department. This includes record keeping, work order processing, document organization, and other office duties. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the maintenance department's electronic documents and collaborate with the maintenance planner to manage facilities maintenance inventory. Maintenance Clerk Job Responsibilities Include

• Perform clerical tasks related to the maintenance department, including record keeping, work order processing, organizing and archiving documents, and other office duties.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing the maintenance department team site on SMWE VINE
• Create and manage facilities maintenance inventory in collaboration with the maintenance planner.
• Assist in managing Central Services inventory in coordination with the Central Services Supervisor.
• Manage tasks in the IDE and JD systems.
• Release weekly PMs (Preventive Maintenance).
• Handle inquiries related to Accounts Payables.
• Assist with tracking and scheduling regulatory compliance items.
• As well as other duties as assigned
  
  

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft and JD Edwards / Oracle -CMMS experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older (Alcohol)
• Experience in a winery, food processing facility, or similar environment involving the responsibilities outlined above is preferred.
• Willingness to continue training with new systems as they become available to remain proficient.
• Must be able to work under supervision while maintaining positive working relationships in a team environment.
• Must be able to work extended hours during harvest and peak periods to include Weekend and shift work.
• History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
  
  

Your Compensation

$18.79-$24.41/hr. based upon relevant experience.
