Senior Accounting Specialist

A Senior Accounting Specialist job in Woodinville, WA is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation, matching, and data entry of vouchers, processing weekly payment runs, and responding to inquiries from vendors, employees, and others.

Senior Accounting Specialist job responsibilities include:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in timely manner which includes but not limited to:
• Scan and email invoices to respective Monetary Approval Holders.
• Batch entry and PO matching invoices to JDE Purchase Orders.
• Process weekly payment runs for multiple companies.
• Provide administrative assistance to accounts payable department and assist with month end closing.
• Facilitate internal and external audits as needed.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience working with multiple companies is preferred.
• Proven understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
• JDE E1 systems experience is preferred.

Your Compensation:

$46,323 - 60,188yr. based upon relevant experience.
