As Service Valet you are a part of the dealership’s front-line client relations and service representative.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely and efficiently assisting service clients when bringing their vehicles in for appointments
- Be a "hands on" coordinator for the service drive thru area
- Adhere to proper sanitizing guidelines of client vehicles
- Wash clients' vehicles prior to them picking them up from service
- Enhance the store's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements:
- At least two years' customer service experience
- Able to drive manual shift vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
- Good organization and learning skills.
- Valid drivers’ license with acceptable drivers abstract
