Job description: Looking for a special third year associate for our growing Business & Estate Firm. Previous real estate or civil litigation experience strongly preferred.
As a growing Firm, we are looking for Associates that dedicate themselves to their work and genuinely want to make a difference in the administration of Client’s Estates. Successful candidates will pay high attention to detail and have strong business acumen skills. Duties include:
Draft, review, and manage wills, trusts, estates, contracts, and deeds;
Meet with current and prospective Clients to discuss estate;
Utilize innovative solutions to client problems;
Explain the law and give legal advice;
Ability to meet with and work closely with Clients, staff members, other Attorneys, and Partners; and
Desire to go the extra mile for Clients and understand their unique situations.
Experience required:
3 years Estates & Trusts experience;
0-2 years Real Estate experience;
Excellent writing skills; and
Admission to Vermont State Bar
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
