Position Summary
In this position, you will plan and manage the delivery of Stealth Monitoring security camera system solutions and associated application technical support services. This includes working closely with the business functional areas, customers, and vendors in defining systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables, and ongoing support. This individual will work closely with the functional business groups within Stealth Monitoring to ensure the effective and successful implementation of customer deliverables. The position will also be responsible for managing the vendor/partner relationship, service delivery, and overall performance.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
- Ensuring projects adhere to client contract and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Design and Review of installation plans
- Project estimation
- Self-Motivating
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Travel ranges up to 30-50% and may include outside of the U.S.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors Degree and/or the equivalent of 5 years field experience in the installation of integrated security systems to include: CCTV, Audio/Intercom and Access Control
Experience
Required:
- Knowledge of Access Control, Intrusion Alarm Equipment, Sound and Communication, CCTV systems (Analog and IP),
- Basic IP networking knowledge and entry level PC troubleshooting/IT skills, to include all Microsoft Office Products.
- Network troubleshooting experience a plus
- Structured Cabling Experience a plus
- CAD or Visio experience a plus
Core Competencies
- At least 1 year of experience in networking, IP schemes, WAN/LAN design.
- 5 year’s field experience in the installation of integrated security systems to include: CCTV Access control is desired.
