What you’ll be doing:
- Hiring, interviewing, and training
- Growing our culture of fun
- Scheduling the team
- Leading in customer service excellence
- Store marketing
- Driving store profitability
- Supporting the Territory Manager
Who you are:
- Humble leader with the heart of a coach
- Experience leading a team
- Consistent, reliable, and lover of details
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Likes gourmet pops (or just desserts really)

What we’ll provide:
- Compensation: $14 - $15 / hr plus tips (typically $2 - $3 extra an hour)
