Overview
Lead all safety, loading, FG inventory management, and yard upkeep for the Shipping Department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed in the yard.
- Coordinate loading of FG’s and ensure shipping schedule is maintained.
- Train and develop shipping team members.
- Review and communicate workload schedules, inventory levels, and daily objectives/goals in the department.
- Work with maintenance and leadership to find innovative ways to improve safety, quality, and productivity in shipping.
Qualifications
- Excellent safety and attendance record.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Positive attitude/self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
