Leveraging these resources, we strive daily to lead the industry in program management and service delivery.The Project Manager will use appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer. Requirements for this position include:
Requirements:
- Provide RPA development services using the Agile software development methodology;
- Manage development services that apply design and engineering best practices to implement a modular, scalable, resilient application that fully integrates in our clients enterprise and completely interoperates with other applications;
- Implement an operations and maintenance program for live bots;
- Build and operate a citizen development capability within the existing Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to support the financial system modernization.
- Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.
Skills/Experience Required:
- BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS preferred.
- Financial system modernization (SAP) background required.
- Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: (Agile Project Management tools such as: Jira Microsoft Project, Vision, SharePoint and all Office Tools
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level).
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view.
