Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team at Steelbound Williamsville! As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the establishment, including kitchen management, catering, food service management, and bartending.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the ownership and management team to achieve business goals.
- Oversee the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring consistent quality.
- Utilize Toast POS systems for order processing and payment handling.

Skills:
- Proven experience in kitchen management, food service management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of catering operations and event planning.
- Proficient in cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bartending experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of craft beer and spirits is a plus.
