Description

The Clinic Quality Intake Specialist will actively partner with the Clinic Director and the Chief Quality Officer to support and facilitate ongoing adherence to standards of quality care, providing a safe and effective environment for patients.

The role of the specialist is essential to maintaining the integrity of the healthcare system, as it ensures the delivery of quality care and patient safety.

The Quality Specialist works closely with the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Value Care Organization (VCO) through data gathering / review, project management, initiative support, and process improvement.

Specialists will coach and mentor individuals and teams on improvement methods, system thinking, change management, group dynamics and planning methods.

Requirements

  • Experience with Performance Improvement concepts, principles and practices required
  • Experience teaching, coaching, facilitating, and collaborating with others to achieve group or team learning objectives required
  • Experience in data management and measurement processes
  • Previous experience, or willingness to learn, regulatory standards and applications
  • Experience with Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.
