Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting management with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This individual serves as the right hand of the business owners and office manager. A high level of ethics is expected, the ability to multitask is a must, and a sharp attention to detail is required in order to succeed in this role. Reliability is not optional.
Duties & Responsibilities
· QuickBooks proficiency required
· Handle accounts payables and receivables duties
· Reconciliation of monthly bank and credit card statements
· Manage the fluid routes and schedules of our trucks and drivers
· Assist with payroll and HR related duties
· Resolve administrative issues
· Take accurate minutes of meetings
· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
· Run both professional and personal errands for the business owners
· Provide general administrative and clerical support
· Answer phone and direct calls to relevant staff

· Proficient with Microsoft office suite with advanced excel skills
· Must be a quick learner who understands your own learning style

Requirements
· Education: High school diploma or GED is required. Associates Degree in Business preferred.
· Experience: At least two years relevant work experience
· A demonstrated track record of consistent, long term employment
· Must not have a criminal background
· Must be able to pass a drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
