Full Job Description:

Our company has an opening for an experienced project manager for High End Custom Homes in Aspen Colorado.

We are looking for and individual that will perform the following:

* Work on all aspects of project from start to job completion

* Develop schedules and budgets for projects. Update and present schedule and budgets to the team on a regular basis.

* Contract and tracking of all subcontractors.

* Monthly Billings.

* Working Closely with the project's teams: Architects, designers, engineers, owners and owner's Reps.

Requirements-Educational/Experience/Skills:

* A minimum of 5 years of project management experience

* Bachelor's degree preferred: HS diploma GED required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and Project

* Excellent communication skills, ability to work with all levels of personnel.

* Detailed oriented with strong organizational, time management, problem solving, multitasking and follow through skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Compensation package:

  • 1099 contract
  • Weekly pay

Experience level:

  • 5 years

  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

  • PMP (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Aspen, CO (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Aspen, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
