Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Work Location: Freeport Texas

Schedule: 4x10 (Monday-Thursday)

We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist to oversee the maintenance activities for the 500 block OxySyngas / HDO NEOL units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing deficiency repairs, supporting fixed-equipment planning, obtaining quotes for P1/P2 projects, leading outage activities, providing field-level maintenance support, assisting with small projects, supporting TAR/LTDT initiatives, and serving as a backup to the CP Multi-craft Maintenance Supervisor/Gatekeeper and CI Maintenance Specialist.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance coordination and oversight
• Knowledge of fixed-equipment planning and repair processes
• Ability to gather quotes and manage P1/P2 projects
• Strong leadership skills to lead outage activities
• Excellent communication skills to provide field-level support
• Experience with TAR/LTDT activities is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and serve as a backup when needed
