Work Hours: M-F (40 hours)
Work Location: Remote
Shift: 1st Shift - Ability to work overtime as needed. May have to work alternate hours on occasion based on customer request
Reporting to the Company's Senior Technical Specialist the Field Service Tech will support the administrative tasks to apply technical resources to business problems needing higher-level solutions & delivery of customer experience. Worker will assist at Customer sites/Hospitals nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Unbox & Re-box Infusion Pumps
- Load Net Configuration File to Infusion Pumps
- Support Company's Technical Specialist with network saturation test as applicable
- Occasionally, validation testing (functionality test)
- Occasionally project manage server upgrades and project manage installation of hospital accounts
- Basic admin work (documentation)/dept projects as required
- Sit/Stand for long periods of time
- Occasionally, lift 30-40lbs
- There may be some down time expected, and during those occasional weeks, the managers are going to try to fill the worker's time with small projects / department admin work.
- Associates Degree (Biomed/IT focus) or Military Equivalent
- Strong Attention to detail, team oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
- Proficient with MS Platforms
- Previous experience in a hospital/clinical setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
