Summary:

Provide daily supervision and guidance to the bell staff and ski valet. Ensure each area is managed in accordance with operating standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior customer service and product quality.

Essential Functions:

• Adhere to Stein Eriksen Lodge standards
• Support the bell team and ski locker team
• Owner services – vehicles and owner storage items
• Guest Services – check in/out, overnight parking
• Manage the schedule, budgets and requests
• Make sure amenities and supplies are ordered and fully in stock, charged and posted to the correct
• Work flexible hours.
