Summary
The Barista will assist guests in the First Tracks Kaffe by preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and tea drinks, along with pastries and other food items. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains all work areas in a neat, efficient manner during service.
- Displays knowledgeable command of menu items and products offered in his/her outlet, as well as specific Lodge and general local and greater area information
- Clean up, break down and re-set of work station in the cafe.
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
