The Position: We're looking for a Site Supervisor.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising site activities including timing, cost, safe working conditions for work conducted on the site from pre-installation planning through post installation.

This role is best suited for a candidate that possess the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience building and integrating or installing automated assembly systems
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading machine tool assembly or installation teams.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and successfully layout and troubleshoot equipment according to prints.
- Team player capable to give / take direction and be very self-motivated to lead a team successfully.
- Knowledge of welding, automated assembly systems and tooling
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Travel: 90% extensive travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Mechanical, Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of Mechanical Standards, tooling assembly and setup.
- Minimum of 7 years proven experience building automated assembly systems
Responsibilities:
In this role the ideal candidate will act as a network and think innovatively while executing the following responsibilities:
- Identify and remove barriers to maintain safety, quality, schedule and productivity.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks (safety, quality, timing and productivity are discussed).
- Establish and distribute daily tasks and enforce safety rules.
- Measure daily productivity and monitor / evaluate work performance of employees providing feedback.
- Manage to project timing and budgets.
- Report daily operating reports to Site Manager when working on sites large enough to warrant a Site Manager. Otherwise, send daily operating reports to the Project Manager.
- Submit weekly hours for each employee to Site Manager each week or directly to site administrator when a Site Manger is not assigned to a site.
- Provide weekly reports to department Manager and Project Manager while on sites small enough not to warrant a Site Manager.
- Maintain a professional job site at all times including safety, quality, good housekeeping, employee relations and customer interface.
- Assure all warranty issues are resolved in a timely manner.
