Qualifications for RN or LPN Unit Manager:

  • Current unencumbered State of New Hampshire LPN or RN license

  • Knowledge of State and Federal long-term care guidelines is preferred

  • Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff

  • Critical thinking skills

  • The ability to handle difficult situations with tact

Responsibilities RN or LPN Unit Manager:

  • Work closely with our Medical Director

  • Supervision an interdisciplinary team of nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapist, and social workers to provide quality healthcare to our residents

  • The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
