Qualifications for RN or LPN Unit Manager:
Current unencumbered State of New Hampshire LPN or RN license
Knowledge of State and Federal long-term care guidelines is preferred
Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff
Critical thinking skills
The ability to handle difficult situations with tact
Responsibilities RN or LPN Unit Manager:
Work closely with our Medical Director
Supervision an interdisciplinary team of nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapist, and social workers to provide quality healthcare to our residents
The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
