Job Description:
JAVA DEVELOPER
Boca Raton, FL
3-6 Months and Extendable
Summary:
• Design, implement and maintain Java-based application that can be high-volume and low-latency
• Periodic deployment of java based software packages and troubleshooting, as needed
• Collaborate closely with IT teams at all stages of software development lifecycle, as needed
• Analyze user requirements to define business rules based on Program requirements
• Identify and resolve any technical issues working in close coordination with Business & IT teams
• Automates testing processes by developing unit test scripts within XML, as needed
• Manage Java and Java EE application development in case of required changes
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for Application & Processes
• Utilize SQL skills to gather data, analyze and provide detailed analysis based on user requirements
• Adheres to defined Governance framework with respect to programming standards and structured coding techniques
Must have skills:
• Hands on experience with JAVA, J2EE based application development
• Experience with Eclipse IDE or NetBeans, GitHub
• Strong SQL skills, with experience in fetching and analyzing data
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases
Nice to have skills:
• Experience/Understanding of Full stack development, Object oriented programming and code structuring
• Experience with IBM BRE Rules Engine
• Experience with Microsoft SQL
Required Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Hands on experience with JAVA, J2EE based application development
• Experience with Eclipse IDE or NetBeans, GitHub
• Strong SQL skills, with experience in fetching and analyzing data
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
