Stellar Home Maintenance is looking for an experienced garage door technician capable of completing service calls for single family rental homes.

- This is NOT a lead service. There are no fees associated with taking our work
- This is a 1099 contractor position
- We operate off of an app for assigning work orders and uploading before/after pictures
Requirements:
Valid driver's license & proof of auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check
Must have your own part supplier
The Pay:
-Pricing is per job based on the scope of work- we’ll go over pricing in the interview
-Pay is by direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis
