Job Title: eDiscovery / Forensics Support Associate
Location: Hybrid Onsite in Wilmington, DE (3x a week)
Job Type: ~1 year contract
Bottom Line / In a Nutshell:
3-5 years of relevant experience with a law firm, eDiscovery vendor, managed service provider and/or in-house
Experience with eDiscovery processes, forensic data collections and evidence handling, including with FTK, Enterprise Vault, Axiom Magnet Cyber, o365 Compliance Center
eDiscovery or Forensic certifications a plus
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and data life cycle management concepts (e.g. identity management, application access, encryption, etc.)
Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
Job Description:
Support and maintain the eDiscovery Program in collaboration with the Cyber Security Team:
Working closely with Cyber Security and Legal Teams to perform the collection and preservation of electronically stored information (ESI) across a multiple data sources;
Assistance with investigations and early case assessment using a variety of forensic tools.
Support and leverage process efficiencies and overall defensibility of our eDiscovery process.
Case management and evidence logging;
Assist in keeping technical and process documentation up to date
Provide case management support including:
o Data collection tracking
o Search term guidance and iterative applications
o Management of collaboration between outside counsel, eDiscovery vendors, and internal legal teams
o Administration of eDiscovery technologies including assisting in troubleshooting of technical issues
Collaborate with team paralegals to ensure timely issuance of legal holds, and other case tasks, including:
Drafting and issuing of legal holds
Preparing and reviewing discovery responses
Drafting correspondence and subpoena responses
Work closely with eDiscovery vendors
What You'll Need:
5 years of relevant experience with a law firm, eDiscovery vendor, managed service provider and/or in-house.
Experience with eDiscovery processes, forensic data collections and evidence handling, including with FTK, Enterprise Vault, Axiom Magnet Cyber, o365 Compliance Center
