Position: Sr. Oracle Project Manager

Location: 100% remote (California candidates only)

Type: Contract

Visa : Only US Citizens or Green Card holders or GC-EAD

NOTE:

For Oracle PM position we need a PM who worked primarily in Oracle project space heavily - a project manager who worked in delivery of Oracle cloud projects working with AWS integrations.

They will work with our financial business partners and executives closely. Understanding of Oracle financials will be a success factor for Oracle PM

Must Have's ..: (Make sure these are in the "company descriptions" on the resume, not just at the top under "Summary"

• 7 years IT project management experience - Proven skills delivering Oracle applications. EPM / FCCS specific experience will be highly considered.

• Tool proficiency (MUST): Microsoft Project, Jira

• Certification: PMP (MUST Proof required) (must show proof of current PMP certification
• The ideal candidate must have demonstrable project delivery skills
• 1. Proven skills delivering Oracle applications. EPM/FCCS specific experience will be highly considered.
• 2. Able to drive project from initiation to closure with smooth handoff to operations teams
• 3. Organize project work into Phases, Work streams and work with business, functional & technical teams
• 4. Track and report status on entire project, individual phases, individual work streams, milestones, resource utilization, project finances (incl. burn-down)
• 5. Comfortable with presenting to executives, sponsors, business leadership team
• 6. Proficient in waterfall & Agile methodologies
• 7. Thorough in maintaining all project artifacts charter, executive material, RACI, RAID log etc,
• 8. Skillful in project plan creation using MS project
• 9. Create project dashboards
• 10. End to end effective meeting facilitation (Clear Agenda with outcome, next steps, publishing Minutes, track actions etc.)
• 11. Establish project governance & communication plans with clarity
• Key success factors in a candidate
• Self-starter
• Proactive; 'can do' problem solving attitude; effective navigating ability in ambiguity
• Ability to understand organization dynamics & adapt
• Audience-specific communication/artifacts

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
• 7 years IT project management experience
