We are looking for a business analyst who has experience/understanding of Asset Management and has knowledge of data interface with external vendors such as FactSet and MSCI. Candidate will work closely with stakeholders, users, and IT to define business workflows as part of the team supporting various applications in Asset Management. Has good understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Bank Loans, CLOs, Real Estate and Private Credit asset classes. The individual needs to be highly motivated, organized, self-starter with strong sense of professional pride and individual accountability.

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Performs analysis of business activities to determine business requirements. Works with business users to understand and define needs above and beyond requirements provided by the business.
- Converts business requirements into functional specifications that are understandable by technology team members.
- Design and document workflows, using existing workflows where applicable, that meet the needs of the business or minimize existing pain points.
- Work with Development teams to ensure existing application integrations are working as designed, including ensuing all data elements are being loaded properly.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technology organization to ensure proper implementation of projects within the expected time lines.
- Ensure proper data processing through the use of data checks and reports to facilitate error free business processes. Test any features that are released to production and make sure that requirements are met.
- Provides application and production support as needed to the departments and systems that they support.
- 8 years of experience in Finance domain with 2 years of experience in Asset Management.
- Experience creating Business Requirements for Asset Management applications.
- SQL experience.
- Proficient in analyzing data in MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.
- Broad understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Loans, Real Estate and Private Credit asset classes.
- Proven ability to efficiently communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make independent decisions.
- Effective time management skills and have the ability to prioritize issues in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis on existing systems at all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience working in an AGILE development environment
