Job Description

The ideal Technical Writer I candidate should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical writing with software or related documentation
  • Bachelors Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication, Organizational Communication, English or a similar area of study
  • Strong writing skills understanding of target audiences and efficiency with style and grammar
  • Experience with Process Flow documentation, visio workflows, etc
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation with sharp attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of Software Development and the Agile methodology.
