Engagement Description
- Support the claims team with adjudicating new and ongoing claims. Assist the Long Term Care adjudicators with customer contact for new and existing claims.
- Assist team with incoming customer service calls. Other claim-related tasks as needed.

- Medical Terminology, CPT, ICD-10 coding
- Insurance benefits knowledge
- Claims Adjudicating
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
- Workers Compensation, or Health claims experience
- Insurance Customer Service
- Call center customer service experience
- Ability to read and understand insurance policy language
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Long Term Care knowledge
- Claims Adjudications
- Understanding insurance benefits
Education/Certifications – Include:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
