As a Stemilt FP & A Analyst you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining analytics, plans, and data models using Microsoft Power BI and SAP SAC. Your responsibilities will span from constructing visuals for dashboards to collaborating with business leaders for effective decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent education and/or related experience.

• 3 or more years’ experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, SAP SAC and Microsoft Office (advanced excel skills)
• Strong problem solving, analysis and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collect and curate data effectively, efficiently and with extreme confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business functions.
• A commitment to understand that change is the only constant and a practice of change with purpose, flexibility, and adaptability is a must.
• An intellectual curiosity and a drive toward continuous improvement through process enhancement and change

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and building new analytics, plans, and data models using Microsoft Power BI and SAP SAC
• Take ownership of existing Power BI data models, ensuring routine maintenance, and implementing continuous improvement updates for enhanced data accuracy and reporting efficiency
• Maintain and improve our 5-year expense plan across all consolidated entities.
• Work directly with leadership across the organization to facilitate the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes.
• Construct meaningful visuals using Power BI, SAP SAC and/or Excel for dashboards and financial presentations to support decision-making for senior leadership.
• Work closely with business leaders to develop a clear understanding of scope and functional requirements and constraints.
• Assist in development of forward-looking financial reports, including expense and revenue planning and forecasted financials statements.
• Maintain linkage between Financial and Enterprise Planning functions.
• Perform timely and informative ad-hoc analyses to address specific business queries and provide actionable insights.
• Bring creativity and critical thinking to inspire innovation and progress.
• Work closely with analytics team members to share knowledge and solve problems.
• Willingness to travel periodically or relocate to corporate office in Wenatchee, WA
