What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Lead OAD position at STEMILT GROWERS LLC?
Number of openings: 1 Fulltime, Year Round
Location: A Line – Old Station Plant
Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 5:15 am – 1:45 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.
.This position will require a pre-employment drug test.
- Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards throughout the line.
- Be a team leader and motivate the line.
- Adjust line speed.
- Monitoring cost per box.
- Insure tickets in are cleared.
- Monitor quality of production.
- Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.
