Must-Have Experience
The Functional Planner will have responsibility for providing an integrated plan view of a function’s deliverables and related resources (FTE’s) across all projects (Vaccine and Platform initiatives) and functional activities. Input from Project/Process Team-level planning will provide the basis for the scheduling of functional deliverables.

Must-Have Experience
- Bachelors degree, MS preferred
- 2-5 years of Project Management experience and formal training that is demonstrated through previous employment. 10 years or more experience would be considered overqualified, this is a level I role.
- Requires 1 year of prior applicable Project Management experience within the Pharma Industry
- Scope Management, Product Development Life Cycle
- Project Budgeting
- Project Management Tools working knowledge(@Risk, Visio)
- Project Plan Development
- Knowledge/experience using Planisware a strong plus!

Day-to-Day Activities
- Collaborate with functional heads, Global Project Managers, CMC Leaders, CMC Project managers to proactively plan, monitor and update project operational plans and assign resource loading in Company's Planisware system
- Monitor FTE demand vs. capacity, ensuring alignment with headcount/contractor targets and portfolio prioritization.
- Prepare reports for functional heads, Global Project Managers, CMC Leaders, CMC Project managers to assist with evaluation of FTE demand vs. capacity, identification of resource conflicts/constraints, support project prioritization discussions, etc.
- Support budget processes (budget & budget reforecasting, strat plan, scenarios/modifications, baselines, etc.) especially as they relate to FTE demand, headcount, etc.
- Assist with management of the Resource Breakdown Structure in the Planisware tool.
- Support time tracking processes including training of personnel on time tracking, reminders to users for filling of timecards at end of month, and analysis/reporting of time tracking data to compare planned vs. actuals.
