JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians that are looking to further their careers and use their experience, training, and skills to make a difference in a child's life. RBT's will provide ABA Therapy to clients in their homes, schools and in the community with in person supervision from their BCBA's. Safety checks are conducted to ensure RBT's safety while working in homes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and in the community environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
- Data collection and session note submission
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- RBT Certification from BACB
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program
- Ability to Actively play with kids for 20 minutes at a time
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift 50lbs
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have at least 15 hours of availability Mon-Fri
