Stephen Automall Centre in looking for a Social Media Specialist responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring each dealerships social media content to increase brand awareness and promote customer engagement. We are looking for someone to work part time for 20 hours a week with the possibility of full time down the road.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and create engaging content for our websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and other various platforms.
- Assist in the creation and editing of video and photo content.
- Work with dealership personnel to learn about new models, service offers, events/sales, etc... for content creation.
- Attend events to capture and produce social media content (this may include occasional nights and weekends).
- Maintain unified voice across different social media channels.
- Adhere to all brand standards and compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a monthly social media calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Passion for social media and video.
- Ability to use a camera and understand the camera settings.
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and different digital media formats.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Excellent time management skills
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Ability to spot emerging trends
