Early Childhood Teacher

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team to assist with 2-3 year olds and 3-4 year olds. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of young learners. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment, develop and implement curriculum, and provide support to students with diverse needs. ```Responsibilities``` - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Use effective behavior management strategies to promote a productive learning environment - Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success - Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction - Provide individualized instruction for students with special needs or learning challenges - Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and materials - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress ```Skills``` - Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and productive learning environment - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners - Proficiency in literacy education and promoting reading skills development - Knowledge of physical education principles and ability to incorporate physical activity into lessons - Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations for students with disabilities - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Understanding of child welfare principles and ability to create a safe and supportive classroom environment If you are passionate about education, dedicated to student success, and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
