Project Manager

Location: St. Paul, MN / Minneapolis, MN

Type: Contract, Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead the integration and implementation of a new Fuel Invoice Management Platform that will serve as the centralized system for managing fuel contracts and invoicing across our company. This role requires a deep understanding of financial systems, particularly in the context of fuel procurement and airline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the integration of AIMs data and other relevant systems into the new platform to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.
• Manage the development team and coordinate with the vendor to meet project milestones.
• Conduct requirement analysis to align internal needs with vendor specifications.
• Automate and optimize the invoice matching and processing workflows to ensure compliance with contracted terms.
• Coordinate the testing phase, ensuring the platform meets all operational requirements.
• Oversee the training and implementation phase in collaboration with the vendor, potentially assisting in a train-the-trainer capacity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing financial information systems, with a preference for those familiar with Accounts Payable systems.
• Strong project management skills, with a history of successful project delivery.
• Technical proficiency in Smartsheets and Azure DevOps for project tracking and coordination.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the airline or fuel supply industries is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with AIMs or similar aviation management systems.
• Previous roles involving significant integration projects with both internal and vendor teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
