A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLINICAL DIRECTOR
As a Clinical Director, you make it possible for us to assist more clients by supporting our clinical team and overseeing the in-home and in-clinic clinical services. You will supervise the In-Clinic Managers and BCBAs and ensure optimal clinical quality of services. You will collaborate with the Director of Operations to support service initiation and ongoing service delivery for clients. You will also develop and implement processes to support the BCBA job duties. You are proud of the work you do and feel accomplished helping your clients improve their lives!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a related field such as ABA, special education, or psychology
- Possess BCBA certification
- Management Experience
- Experience providing direct care to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
