THE ROLE

You will work on projects in the product/market area and will be responsible for supporting Critical Enviroments on a daily basis. You will also work closely with peer managers in all disciplines within the company in support of new product development and business process improvement efforts.

What You Will Do
- Gather and analyze product line data in support of product line initiatives and strategic reviews.
- Coordinate the development of product line promotional materials including website, brochures, e-mail, sales presentations and trade event properties with marketing communications group.
- Support field sales with product line and technical information as needed for Customer solicitations and support.
- Develop and maintain a database of competitive information.
- Support Voice of the Customer initiatives to identify Customer needs and industry trends.
- Help in the development of sales training materials and events.
- Support new product development projects.
- Assist in preparing annual strategic plans and budgets.
- Bachelor degree in science related discipline; biology, chemistry, microbiology, etc preferred or marketing.
- Requires minimum 2 years of marketing, product management, sales or life science industry experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, analytical and project management skills
- High degree of technical aptitude and multi-tasking capability
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and interpersonal skills, with track record of successfully motivating cross functional teams
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
