Manages a highly technical, Customer-oriented team and collaborates with leadership, stakeholders, and directly with Customers to enhance our analytical differentiation through innovative business intelligence solutions. Creates complex analytical solutions that align with complex business needs. Advances our data-driven culture across multiple divisions by coaching staff through formal training and on-the-job during Customer interactions. Facilitates the development and support of the sales and operations go-to-market strategy to drive performance.
Provides foundational solutions that provide insight across the entire business division, including financial, operational, and Customer behavior. Report development will represent performance across all areas of the organization and will be critical to the development of the strategic and operational plans. Leader will ensure quality development, project planning, and design of KPIs, visuals, and training deliverables which measure KPIs for the organization.

Specific Work Requirements:
1. Ability to transform complex datasets, code, and business requirements into easily understood actionable dashboards and reports.
2. Ability to design, analyze, translate, and present complex data into management information. (5 )
3. Experience working directly with internal and external Customers to creatively solve their business problems.
4. Ability to coach and develop team members as they design, develop, and implement analytical tools.
5. Support standardized, scalable analytical tools in the production environment.
6. Assist with training of business stakeholders to facilitate stronger adoption of analytical tools, STERIS IMS CRM and ConnectCare.
7. Experience managing staff directly as well as cross functional project teams.
8. Technical Competency in Database, Data warehouse. (5 )
Specific Work Preferences:
1. Advanced technical knowledge of BI tools for visualization, data exploration, STERIS IMS data warehouses, and presentation skills. (TOAD, SSMS, SSRS, Tableau desktop, Tableau site administration, Power BI.
2. Project management skills preferred.
3. Advanced SQL
4. Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
Specific Skills and/or Business Competencies:
1. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and feel at ease communicating regularly with technical and business teams.
2. Advanced technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and Tableau
3. Python preferred.
4. Understanding of business analytics related to sales, operational, financial, and sterile processing.
5. Ability to communicate with and influence technical, product and design teams.
6. Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple sites.
7. Demonstration of Presentation and Visualization skills as it relates to providing insight.
