Qualifications for the (GNA) Geriatric Nursing Assistant:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Registered with the state as a GNA / Geriatric Nursing Assistant
Responsibilities as a (GNA) Geriatric Nursing Assistant:
Provide safe daily resident care-
Transport and assist in ambulating residents -
Maintain a clean and safe resident unit -
Bathe, dress, and feed residents -
Document and communicate resident care information
Promote and support positive guest relations to all visitors and residents
