Job Summary:
We are seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and quality of life.
Duties:
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for clients
- Provide guidance and assistance in accessing community resources
- Manage and coordinate services to meet the needs of clients
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and service providers
- Monitor client progress and adjust support plans as needed
- Assist in budgeting and financial management for client services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in program development and management
- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and manage staff effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Understanding of behavioral health principles
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in program management for individuals with developmental disabilities
