Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator at Sterling Construction and Roofing, you will be at the heart of our project management operations. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction and roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

• -Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• -Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between clients, contractors, and the project team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• -Scheduling: Assist in scheduling tasks, meetings, and project milestones, and track progress to ensure adherence to timelines.
• -Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• -Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and manpower to projects, optimizing resource utilization.
• -Problem Solving: Identify and address project issues or delays, working with the team to find effective solutions.
• -Quality Control: Monitor project quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• -Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.
• -Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

• -Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• -Previous experience in project coordination or a related role in the construction industry is a plus.
• -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• -Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• -Knowledge of construction processes and regulations is an advantage.
