Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Lean principles and practices, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other Lean tools.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities aligned with business goals to drive operational efficiency.
- Facilitate and mentor teams in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing waste, improving workflow, and increasing productivity.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs compliant with OSHA regulations and relevant safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to develop and implement quality control processes that reduce defects and improve product consistency.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, drive corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to cross-functional teams in the areas of Lean, Safety, and Quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality excellence throughout the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Lean, Safety, and Quality.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and Lean methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement projects.
- Experience Leading a team on environmental, health, and occupational safety initiatives
- Hybrid Schedule (3 office/2 remote)
- Salary: $110,000-$140,000 depending on experience
