A/P Clerk

Sterling ATM, Inc is a Utah based design and manufacturing company located in Salt Lake City, Utah with a focus on manufacturing ATM enclosures for financial institutions nationwide and our easy-to-use Bean Trailer.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and verifying invoices for goods and services
• Verifying transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Entering invoices for payment
• Reconciling accounts and credit cards
• Preparing vendor checks for mailing
• Maintaining vendor files
• Creating invoices for billing
• Answering customer questions about invoices
• Filing and paying city, state, and county sales tax
• Follow up on past due accounts receivables
• Reconcile statements for vendor invoices and credit card statements
• Maintain tax exempt forms on file for customers and get updated copies as needed
• Assist in necessary damage claims for damaged shipments
• Preparing reports as needed
• Data entry and spreadsheet compilation
• General administrative duties as needed

Required skills:

• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining general ledgers.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Epicor experience strongly preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No weekends
• Overtime

• Salt Lake City, UT 84104: Relocate before starting work (Required)
