Your responsibility is to explain and demonstrate why Sterling is the safest place for potential clients to get legal help. This is executed by following our call path, which qualifies the potential client and describes how working with our firm is unique and client-centered.
Who You Are: As a successful Client Solutions Specialist, you are able to follow the call path while being empathetic and supportive of potential clients looking to hire a family law attorney. You work in a fast-paced environment, are self-motivated, and embrace change. You have strong computer skills and can learn and navigate new systems. You work independently while still being a part of and supporting your team.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls from current and prospective clients
Communicate in a persuasive and empathetic manner
Enter data into our Customer Relations Management system
Execute on a follow-up process to convert potential clients into consultations
Schedule consultations and other miscellaneous meetings
Communicate with other team members constructively to reduce conflict and better resolve issues
Maintain and manage metrics with the support of your team leader
Competencies Needed:
Experience - 1 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or another similar setting. Proficient computer skills.
Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all mediums.
Professionalism / Integrity - A high standard for personal and team performance to earn respect and trust. Confidentiality is a necessity.
Time Management - Highly organized and skilled at managing a multi-task workload. Able to juggle priorities, work independently, and identify problems.
