We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an End-of-Life Care Associate in La Pine, OR.

In this role, you will provide personalized care and homemaker services to patients, while also maintaining a safe and healthy environment for them.

As an End-of-Life Care Associate , your responsibilities will include : - Assisting with the feeding of patients- Helping patients with grooming and using the toilet- Bathing patients- Turning bedbound patients- Changing patients' linens- Keeping patients' living space clean- Assisting with the set-up of medical equipment- Stocking medical supplies In addition, you will also be responsible for :

  • Providing support services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Hospice RN
  • Assisting patients in achieving physical and emotional comfort according to the Plan of Care
  • Helping with therapeutic exercise, light household tasks, and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
  • Recognizing and reporting any changes in a patient's condition to the RN

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements :

  • Hold a valid CNA Certification
  • Be a high school graduate or have a GED
  • Have access to a personal vehicle with proof of insurance and a valid driver's license
  • Have the compassion and empathy to work with terminally ill patients
