TITLE: Rehabilitation Therapist / Outpatient and Inpatient

Requirements:
- Must be licensed as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Ohio.
- Preferably has experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist, with a particular preference for experience in pediatric settings.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
Hours and Compensation:
- This is a full-time position. The Director has the flexibility to allow candidates to work either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts.
- Compensation ranges from $66,000 to $99,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Majority of the position involves outpatient work (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% dedicated to inpatient care.
- Evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, motor control, and alleviate pain, discomfort, and swelling.
- Supervising the treatment provided by Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and students.
- Participating in departmental performance improvement initiatives and daily management of infection prevention and control measures.
- Treating patients in need of general, orthopedic, outpatient, and rehabilitative therapies.
- Seeing an average of 8-12 patients per day.
