We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive our firm's success utilizing a CRM and various reporting efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming contacts and transfer information to/from CRM
  • Utilize existing reports to quantify and qualify progress on cases
  • Download, sort and categorize client information and records on server/digital platforms
  • Work within Microsoft Office applications to review data/information
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems while reviewing digital files
  • Assist with mailing efforts when clients require hard-copy sign-up materials
  • Create and manage mailing lists for our digital/text outreach
  • Coordinate with call center and marketing team on client information, data integrity
  • Perform limited "traditional" office tasks in rare instances

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

 

At this time, Stern Law is operating on a remote, work-from-home basis but remains open to returning to a traditional office setting at a later point.

Salary : $43,600 - $59,100
