Our company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and accounts.
- Enter data into accounting software programs.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
