What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal Assistant position at Stevens & Day, LLP?
Stevens & Day, LLP is growing and is pleased to announce a new opening for a paralegal assistant. Responsibilities include preparing requests for misc. records and reports and tracking responses. This position consists of working with our litigation paralegals with miscellaneous clerical tasks.
This is an part-time in-person position with hours ranging from 10-15 hours per week. Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are flexible with working with you to set a schedule anytime during those hours. We do ask that you are available either via zoom or in person every Wednesday mornings for our weekly staff meetings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Augusta, ME 04330: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
