What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman position at Stevens Realty LLC?
Established Property Management Company with over 2000 units across middle TN is looking for hardworking general sub-contractors to add to our Lawton team, currently looking for Handyman to assist us with work orders, turnovers, and rehabs.
Qualifications:
Experience in Handyman including some or all of the following:
- Plumbing
- CHA
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Repair
- Painting
- Flooring
- lighting/plumbing fixture repair and replacement
- Site up clean
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have own transportation
- You are reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- You MUST have your own equipment and tools
