This premier community seeks a Director of Physical Plant to initially watch over construction and work directly with contractors throughout the completion of the build. Ultimately, the Director of Physical Plant will be responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, clean and attractive physical environment for residents, guests and employees. The Director of Physical Plant hires, trains, and supervises all plant technicians, grounds maintenance, housekeeping and security service staff. This is a unique opportunity to hand-pick the team that will be responsible for launching MRC Stevenson Oaks within the great city of Fort Worth!
Other responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Developing, directing and executing preventative maintenance programs, housekeeping operations and security operations
- Assuring compliance with local/state/federal regulations, including fire and life safety
- Conducting audits and regular inspections, identifying needs and executing correction
- Assist with development and directing Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Evacuation procedures
- Negotiation and approval of vendor contracts/agreements, including ongoing relationships with vendors
- Must be available to facilitate or be onsite for emergency service after hours, weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,018.00 - $70,000.00 per year
