Position Summary:
The Patient Access Coordinator II will be responsible for accurately and timely registering patients. The Patient Access Rep will be well versed in all areas of the Admitting Department including Central Scheduling and Financial Counseling.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Medical terminology
- 1-3 years’ customer service experience
Preferred:
- 5-7 years’ customer service experience
