POSITION SUMMARY:

- EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE/TECHNICAL/OTHER:
- Licensure/Certification:
- MD, DO, or Physician Assistant licensed in the State of Florida
- Surgical Assistant/Technologist certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical
- Licensure/Certification:
- Assistant (NBSTSA) or the American Board of Surgical Assistant (ABSA)

- A Foreign Medical School Graduate certified by the NBSTS or ABSA
- BLS and/or ACLS certified.
- House Physician licensed in the State of Florida certified as Surgical Assistant /Technologist by NBSTSA
- or ABSA
- Experience (Type & Length): 2-5 Years Surgical Assistant Experience working in an acute care hospital preferre
